Dolphins Swimming Around the Boat!

Clear sky and a cold winter wind shaped this afternoon’s tour. Whilst sailing out into the feeding grounds, everyone kept the eyes peeled to the water surface, in order to spot any of the 3 B’s of whale watching – such as birds, bodies and blows. We cruised to all well known spots, enjoying this beautiful landscape surrounding us and sun surprised us with a fantastic light on the snow-covered mountain peaks.

At first we met a few pods of harbour porpoises, but then we could spot a large family of white beaked dolphins! At least 20 of them were swimming around the boat for more than 20 minutes. We decided to stay a bit longer as the conditions of the sea and those dolphins were absolutely amazing.
