This turned out to be a Humpback whale, but it didn’t seem to have gotten the memo that the whale watching tours started early, because it was asleep!
The activity was not very strong but the perfectly clear sky and the darkness allowed us to enjoy the show
With almost complete visibility, slow wind and calm sea we headed north west out on the bay
Complimentary tickets were given to everyone on board 🙂
After a while we spotted a large fin coming out of the water, when we got closer we saw it was an Orca.
Partially clear sky but nice lights
Clearing skies mean we can go out this evening.
The sun was out today and visibility was good
The sea was still calming down today, after recent strong wind from south west, and the wind had slowed down remaining from the west
Cloudy skies keep our boat in the harbour this evening.
